Comfy location to choose something in the city center with views to a nicely landscaped garden😀

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its varied and very good breakfast.

The location of the property was unbeatable, direct to the lake. Luckily it was close to Starbucks, had pastries there when it was hot outside.

The location, as I was meeting with friends already staying there.

Very close to Geneva airport. Pick up and drop off at the airport was very efficient and convenience. Free public transportation to the town and the bus stop is just outside the hotel.

Rooms were very old and definitely need some renovation.

Clean place & friendly efficient and exceptionally helpful staff at explaining facilities. Rich and modern breakfast with food of very good value and croissant and convenient location. Early check-in, late check-out. Everything very good.

The restaurant food, staff and service was excellent.

The breakfast was overpriced and the cooked breakfast was not hot just 'warm'. The hot plates need to be looked at.The service was indifferent.

By geneva standards the rooms are quite large. Its quiet and everything is OK. Ten minutes walk to airport and a little further to the convention centre. Bus no 10 outside the door stright to town. Very handy.

At 300 euro a night I found it very expensive for an hotel that is only OK... but that's Geneva! Breakfast at 35CHF also seemed steep - didn't partake so can't comment on quality.

The breakfast was amazing, and I loved relaxing by the beautiful garden area. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

Its location in Geneva was fantastic and lovely, next to tram/bus stop, and the airport and railway station. The room was pretty nice and with exceptionally comfortable beds. The breakfast was very very good and incredible, the check in was efficient.

The lady in the reception who check us in was particularly helpful, she even dropped us personnaly to the palexpo, Enjoyed the drinks at the lobby lounge it is a good place to meet friends and associates. The location is perfect, and the room is bright, lucky to get a corner room.

The staff who pick us up from the airport seem very unwelcoming, he seem over worked, not very friendly at all. There is no bell service available at hand, but the reception were offerring to help. The internet is only for one connection, if you have another device to log in it is not possible.

Decor of my room was old and needed updating. I would have apreciated a discount give that the Hotel is being refurbished for the next year and the noise between 9am and 5pm is very, very loud. This was nt made clear to me when I made the booking.

When I booked online their website made no mention that the hotel was undergoing major construction. The entire hotel is encased with scaffolding. We were on the third floor,which was a disaster. Corridor carpets were filthy and threadbare. The non smoking room stunk of smoke. The windows were covered in construction debris. Carpet was stained. Beds sagged. Half of the hotel was empty due to construction. An unmitigated disaster. I would never, ever stay at a Crowne Plaza again. One last point. A shuttle to and from Geneva airport was advertized on the website. However, there was no mention that it did not start running until 6.00am. Therefore I had to take a cab for SF30 for a four minute ride to the airport.
